EVENT TERMS & PRIVACY NOTICE
Age requirement
Flash day is an 18+ event. All guests must be at least 18 years old and may be asked to present valid photo identification upon arrival.
Registration and admission
Registration is required to join the guest list. Submitting the registration form does not necessarily guarantee admission if the event reaches maximum capacity.
Triple Cobra Tattoo reserves the right to refuse admission or ask guests to leave in cases of intoxication, threatening behaviour, harassment or conduct that may affect the safety or comfort of other guests.
Alcohol
Complimentary alcoholic beverages may be served during the event. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the applicable legal age or to anyone who appears visibly intoxicated.
Photography and video
Photos and video may be taken during the event. General atmosphere photographs and recordings may be used on Triple Cobra Tattoo’s website and social-media channels.
Guests who do not wish to be photographed should inform a member of staff upon arrival.
Personal information
Triple Cobra Tattoo collects the information submitted through the registration form for the purpose of:
administering the guest list;
communicating practical information about the event;
managing event capacity and attendance.
The information will not be used for unrelated marketing unless the guest has separately agreed to receive marketing communications.
The information will be deleted when it is no longer required for the administration and documentation of the event.
